| Management of Major Emergencies for Process Control Rooms (1-3 days) |
| We can provide IMT MOME training for onsite/offshore personnel such as offshore installation managers, production superintendents, maintenance superintendents, chief engineers, tanker crew, field vessel crew, radio operators, control room operators, muster checkers/coordinators, on-scene commanders, fire team leaders and medics. We can provide CMT MOME training for offsite/onshore personnel including HR, support, media liaison and logistics teams, shore base managers, rig managers/engineers and safety engineers. MOME training is done in partnership with Command Solutions. |
| Site exercises test functionality of company procedures under independent observation by experienced Crisis Practitioners. |
| MOME exercises are assisted by computer-generated scenario simulations. Performance is recordable to DVD and the simulation hardware can be mobilized to any location as per the client's request. |
| Training scenarios include blow-outs, vessel collisions, illegal boarding, man overboard, bomb threats, gas release, onboard fires, abandonment, natural disasters, oil/chemical spills, terror threats, helicopter crashes, medical & casualty evacuation and structural damage. |
| Objectives covered in MOME training include leadership and teamwork, communications, information management, resource management, stress management and command and control. |
